We offer both free trials and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Payments auto-renew unless canceled at least10 days before the renewal date.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Do not engage in spamming, discrimination, or reverse-engineering of our services.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

All intellectual property rights related to PressLinker remain with us. You retain rights to any content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for service operation.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share user activity without consent unless required by law.

8. Termination & Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated. Either party may terminate this agreement due to material breaches or insolvency.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months or €100, whichever is greater. PressLinker is provided "as-is" without warranties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be settled in Romanian courts.
